This is going to be my best year ever. Lots of money and an abundance of everything. Many new NovaLash clients and at least 50 new NovaLash students this coming year. Never doubt it for a moment. If I say it,-- its' true. You will be able to tell. You know I do a blog for each of my students - we will count them together as the months roll on.

I have a good life and want for nothing. I know that if I send it out to the Universe I will get exactly what I ask for. That's the law of the Universe. To all of you who read this blog try it. I promise it works and it always will.

Learn to live in the now because that all you have.

SOMEONE----- ONE SOMEONE SIGNED UP---THE LAST CLASS OF THE YEAR

Can you believe it, this woman called up and wanted to take the class the day after I cancelled the Dec. 27th class. I gave up my teaching room and started planning for my long Holiday weekend. Well, she begged, she pleaded and crawled on her belly like a reptile-what could I do.
As usual, I did what I do best. I came to her rescue. We had the class in my personal living quarters,(my Condo), and a great class it was. After she got over being in this fabulous space and the view from my 17th floor, she rested for a minute, got her breath back and we started the class.
Thank God this woman was smart, artistic, and a natural at doing lash extensions because if she was less than that, it would have been 9 hours of torture and hell. Actually, Jessica Standley was pure joy to be around, so creative such a lady, it was a honor to have her in my home and share the day with her.
Jessica has a degree in Marketing, and Advanced Medical Aesthetisc Certification, and to add to all of that Jessica is now a Certified Eyelash Extensionist from NovaLash.
Girl you got it going on.
Jessica is ready to market herself into one of the highest paying jobs in Columbus Ohio. Looks,brains, degree's and certifications---what more could a woman ask for.

WHAT THE HELL IS THE MATTER WITH YOU PEOPLE !

It is the 21st day of December and I do not have anyone signed up for the NovaLash Eyelash Extension Class. Are you people plain crazy? Don't you know you are going to have to pay for all those Holiday Gifts you purchased. If you would have spent a few extra bucks on NovaLash training, you could have paid cash for everything you bought.

I am not kidding, do you have any idea how much money you put in your pocket doing lashes?

Let me break it all down for you.

It cost $525.00 for the training and 8 ceu's
It cost $469.00 for the kit + shipping
A total of $1013.00

Now here is the good part. It takes about 10 clients to get good at putting on lashes. You charge them $100.00 each-those 10 people pay for your kit and training. After that you are a pro at doing lashes so you raise your price to whatever your market will bare, let say you charge $200.00 or even $150.00. Now that your initial cost is paid for, it only costs you $1.78 to do each person from now on,-not counting overhead, I'm talking about strictly your cost for putting on a set of lashes.

People wake up--we have a new year coming so get on board with the rest of us who are living high off the hog or should I say shopping at Saks. The clients are out there, just be the best at what you do and the money will flow.

AND THEN THERE WAS ONE----ONLY ONE

Can you believe I had only one person sign up for the November 29, 2009 class.

It was a really big deal for Tracy Cochron. She received nine hours of undivided attention from the best,the greatest and most gorgeous trainer NovaLash has. Tracy did a fantastic job (how could she not with 9 hours of one-on-one training with the best) KIDDING. She is a natural at doing lashes, she found her calling. Tracy is an Esthetician at a brand new salon E'NAJ in Centerville Ohio. It is a SPA/Barber Shop combined.

The First Two Women In Ohio To Get 8 CEU's For Taking NovaLash Training

There can only be one time for anything.....These two women did it. They took the Oct 25, 2009
class, did a fantastic job, got certified, left being confident and had 8 ceu's to their credit. Could it get any better than this. Congratulations !!! You will always be the first in Ohio.

This woman has got it going on, she is already successful at what is does but found out there is no one doing NovaLash Eyelash Extensions in her entire area. It's another first for her. Shelly is going to have those clients lined up and taking numbers to get lash extensions, she is good at it too.

Jimmy Hollo- OH yes, a hunk of a man signed up to take the training and did a fantastic job. Ladies you gotta see this guy. I can assure you, you would want him putting on your lash extension's and more.(Nooooooooooooo I did not say that) call him, 440.2217820 and he will make you very happy with his work.

WHEN YOU ARE GREAT----THEY WILL COME

Thuy Lai and Ngoc Lai are very, very, smart sisters. They are in the process of starting a new business in New York, and we all know, in order to succeed in New York you have to be better than the very best out there. You have to be a cut above. In their new endeavor they want to include Lash Extensions. They did their homework and chose NovaLash because they wanted only the very best for their clientele. Then, they took it one step further and searched for the best Educator-Lash Instructor in the NovaLash family. They did not care how far they had to travel as long as they were being trained by the best. And of course that would be me. When you are the best in the business at what you do, word gets out and they will find you. I always say that water seeks its own level-GREATNESS finds GREATNESS.
These two young women (sisters from Vietnam) came to the June 28, class and found their true calling. They put on lash extensions like they have been doing it forever. They were perfectionist. They were very good. Without a doubt, after training them both, I know they will be very successful in their business. I also know, they will make a lot of money putting on lash extensions. They are very motivated, creative,and want only the very best.

Here Is the Scoop About (my) PRINCE

Well I read this book called POSSESSED . The Rise and Fall Of Prince By Alex Hahn.
I learned more about my Prince than I needed to know. It hasn't changed the fact that I think he is the most talented musician in the world, and he can still park his shoes under my bed anytime he wants (but I don't think that's gonna happen). It did enlighten me about how F-----Up he might be,and the reason he never met me at the airport and has never e mailed me or returned my calls.(i never called but always wanted to).
I will not pass this book on to anyone because when you have a dream, no one has the right to taint that dream. I will continue to have high regards for this Master Musician and always regret reading this book (Propaganda)

My husband bought the book for me?????
I think he might have felt a little threatened before I read the book.
He says no, but you be the judge.

May 31, 2009 A Day To Remember

Leigh Ayn Pepperdine and Jan Arnold became Certified NovaLash Extensionist.
Leigh Ayn is from Cincinnati and a friend of mine, I worked with Leigh Ayn at my doctors office on and off for about 2 years.(I only worked to cover vacations and and sick days) Leigh Ayn came to me a few months ago and said she was moving to Scotland? yes- Scotland, and she thought this would be a great for her to make money once she settled in. Well we all know that Scottish women need something to spend their money on, and lash extensions would be just what they needed. They are some of the most beautiful women in the world and they are always trying to out do one another. Can you imagine what it will be like when they find out Leigh Ayn is doing NovaLash Extensions? OMG she will have them lined up for miles, her phone will ring off the hook and she will ultimately be the most famous woman in all of Scotland.
Leigh Ayn did a fabulous job during the training, this just came naturally to her. She will do an excellent job where ever she chooses to work in or out of the country. Jan Arnold also did an excellent job in the training, I cannot say enough about her skills. Jan is from Lexington Ky. Jan will make a lot of money doing lash extensions, she is creative, attentive
and wants only the best for her clients. Jan is also an educator in the beauty business and for her hobbies she is a decorator, designer and a jewelry maker. These two women were the best ever. Talented, gorgeous and eager to get started making money doing eyelash extensions. Both women were at the top of their game. Learning to put on lash extensions for them was a piece of cake. For some it just comes easy. They are the lucky ones because they will be in demand for a long time. Look out competitors. These women are so good there is no competition. ( of course they were trained by me-The Best)

That's what I had, all in one class, all at the same time on March 29 2009. You should have been there to witness this yourself. These women were the best class yet to be NovaLash Certified Extensionist. This was a 10 hour class day, they were like sponges trying to suck the life force out of me. They wanted to know everything I knew about making money and doing lashes-ALL OF MY SECRETS- CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? by the end of the day I was exhausted with pleasure just from working with these great women. DISAPPOINTMENT DISAPPOINTMENT

National Salon Resources a distributor for NovaLash in the mid-west and the company I teach for, has cancelled all of my classes this year until the Fall. Can you believe it? OUCH! not enough people signed up for the classes. It's the ECONOMY. Well I don't like it one bit. Don't people know they have to spend money to make money. Don't they know that putting on NovaLash Eyelash Extensions they can make a ton of money. PLEASE! what are you thinking. Come to your senses. GET A GRIP------SIGN UP FOR CLASSES PEOPLE.

WHAT THE HELL!-----CAN YOU BELIEVE IT?

This is the first time in two years NO ONE signed up for my class (and now I can't get this damn font to work correctly.) What is this all coming to. No one signed up for my class in February????? Are you all crazy, or are you people afraid of the economy. Don't you know you can make money putting on lash extensions?????? Listen upPeople. there is money to be made doing this. I am making money, but I am not making money training. Can you believe there were three classesscheduled for me to teach for NSR in the mid-west and all three classes were cancelled. Once again are you all crazy. Don't you understand you can make money putting on lash extensions. I am doing very well, I am making money, I swear. Sign up for classes, be trained by the BEST ---ME----and easy street from now on. I am not kidding I have been adding at least one new client a week. (of course they all want to look good for their job interviews--can you blame them?) But I am making money. (Damn this font I still can't change it's OK I have three signed up so for March so maybe things are turning around.. I will keep you all informed,

IT'S TRUE! IT'S TRUE!

Today, while I was doing my client's lashes she was telling me about all the compliments she gets since she has had her extensions put on. People notice and they comment and it really makes me feel good. Then I said, "has you husband said any thing? Oh yes, he thinks they are beautiful and I notice him staring at me. The first day she had them put on he said,"what ever mascara your using keep using it because you look absolutely fantastic. I then told him what they were and he said, they look Divine.
Then she told me after Christmas they were having drinks at home and talking and he said to her out of the blue,"Your eyes, they make me want to want you." she said, that was one of the nicest things my husband has ever said to me. WOW They have been married 41 years and are completely devoted to one another

Does it get any better than this? I don't think so.

IT'S TRUE! IT'S TRUE!

The other day (Jan.13) I was telling my husband about one of my clients and he suggested I put this true story on my BLOG, so here goes---no names involved. This is truth, and you gotta love it.

Tuesday my client call at 8:45 am and said she might be late for her appointment(9am)--she was having car trouble sorta, she said. I can't find my car and I have assigned parking in the garage. I said," was it stolen?-- you think???? She said, " I guess, I don't know what to think," I said, did you call the police---NO---I just called you. So then I said," Call the police and then call me later in the day to reschedule your appointment and, I also asked if I could pick her up and take her to work. (all this is not far from where I live). She said,"ARE YOU CRAZY," I will call the police to take the report, call a cab and have them bring me to my appointment(eyelash extension) and call Enterprise and have them drop me off a rental car at the Regency (where I have my business), then go on to work. She ended up being 25 minutes late for her appointment. Can you believe this? Nothing will stop a woman from doing what she has to do especially looking beautiful. This is woman is gorgeous and devoted.
