I have been working on this BLOG all day, I will never slack off again. It doesn't contain every word I wanted to say, but at least it has the information on the students I have trained.
I thank them for picking me to train them (THEY FOUND OUT I WAS THE BEST) and for picking NovaLash to represent their work.

I WON A PROMOTIONAL GIFT FROM NOVALASH

During the month of September NovaLash was offering a Special Promotion to any Instructor who had trained 10 or more people to be Extensionist. I was one of four lucky winners, thanks to my new friends at National Salon Resources.

So what was the GIFT? I have no idea. They said they sent them out but as of this date I have never received mine. ???????????

SECOND DAY OF TRAINING IN MINNESOTA

Let me start off by saying that the alarm went off too soon this day. But it was fun and the people I trained were fantastic. Seasoned extensionist who knew what they were doing and they were exceptionally smart because they knew we(NovaLash) had the best Adhesive in the world and they wanted the best for themselves and their clients. Good job everyone and thanks for being so easy to teach. Stay safe and continue to be successful.

I AM IN MINNESOTA

First of all let me start off by saying I am happy to be here, secondly there are twelve people in this class. I have nerver had 12 people in a class, do you have any idea how much work this is for me. 10 is usually maximum and that is a lot and it certainly makes for a long day. It's no longer from 8am-5pm. It now becomes 8am-7pm. I am not complaining, I am more than happy to do this, really I am. I was just shocked 12 in one class. I can only assume they read my Resume, heard that I was the best trainer NovaLash has and everybody in the mid-west wanted to take advantage of the the Superior Training that I offer. Hey I am very happy about this, and the money is good.

The training went very, very well and it was a very long day as suspected. The rewards were great. Twelve happy new trainees ready to go out into the word and make their mark as I have done , and a couple glasses of wine to celebrate.

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

A guy named John Gay who is(was) a hair dresser for the stars relocated to Cincinnati to be with his life partner. That's too sweet. He is now working at AVALON SALON & MEDI SPA in Hyde Park Plaza, Cincinnati, Ohio.
Actually, John is a pool buddy of mine. We met early in the summer at a daily cocktail party by the pool and have been friends ever since. We talked about the lashes several times and John is more than acquainted with them because, everybody in Hollywood has them on and everybody in California puts them on. What John did not know that in Cincinnati (20 yrs behind time) this is just starting at the the ground floor. I talked him in to being a part of this great money maker. And that is exactly what it is. So he went and got himself certified and is doing very well at the spa-too well. He says because he is the only one doing them and he is so good at it- people are waiting in line for an appointment. Kudos to John!

SOMETHING I FORGOT TO TELL YOU AWHILE BACK

When I was in LasVegas, (you saw the picture at the bottom of the BLOG) I met this fabulous young woman who was in my same Advanced Training Class. She is the Educational Director for National Salon Resources in Minnesota, who just happens to be a NovaLash Distributor. A few weeks after the training she e mailed me and asked if I would be interested in being an Educator for their company. She said she was extremely impressed with the way I helped train the hands- on portion of the class and love my enthusiasm. She wanted me to teach throughout the mid-west, if I was interested. North Dakota, South Dakota, Kansas, Iowa, Wisconsin, and Michigan.
You know I said YES. SO, a few days later she called, we talked and their company decided they wanted a way to be able to sell our AWARD WINNING ADHESIVE to our competitor. We set up a class called a Conversion Class-that way the people who wanted to take the class would know the Nomenclatures of our Adhesive and be certified and then be able to purchase our Adhesive.

OK, the first successful class took place in Minnesota, at the National Salon Resource Training Center. Four people signed up for the class and loved the product as well as the training experience. Need I say more.

WOW! HAVE I BEEN BUSY AND TO LAZY TO POST

Since the last time I was here( POSTING) I probably have lost a lot of readers and I am sorry about that. I wanted this to be something people in the lash extension business would look forward to reading. Simply, because they would know the competition in their area and how many more Extensionist are being trained.

The other reason is that people would know who was availabe to do lashes in their area.

I am staying on track, no more being lazy.
